Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once a package has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control. we are not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage in transit.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please allow an additional 1–2 business days before contacting your local carrier.

Packages officially declared lost by the carrier may qualify for a replacement.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@modestrisohouse.com

Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging for assessment

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Faulty items may need to be returned before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Items must be returned:

Unused and in original condition
In their original packaging
With any included tags or inserts

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

We do not issue returns for change of mind purchases.

Sales items are final sale.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–4 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of risograph printing, slight imperfections and variations are normal and part of the charm of the process. Small differences in ink density, texture, registration, and color may occur from print to print. Colors may also appear slightly different in person than on screen due to monitor settings and printing variations.
