Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please allow 1–2 additional business days. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier to help locate it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a quantity based flat rate. Buy 1-3 cards and shipping is $2.00. Buy 4-7 cards and shipping $4.00. 8 or more cards for free shipping!

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
